This weeks leg workout is going to be a burner. I recommend using very light weights to start and progress weekly. Some movements you might not want to use any weights to start!
Equipment Needed:
Pair of Dumbbells (DB’s)
Stability Ball
Bench
Warm up 5 minutes of general cardio!
A1) Goblet Reverse Lunge x15
A2) Goblet Squat x15
A3) Bench Hip Thrust x15
Rest 1 minute Repeat 3 times
B1) DB Romanian Deadlift x15
B2) Triple Threat x15
B3) Frog Pump x30
Rest 1 minute Repeat 3 times
DB Thrusters As Many Reps As Possible in 2 minutes
