Why do we wait?

In 4 weeks and 3 days gyms will be the most popular place to be for about a month.

Then the Super Bowl happens and everything falls apart.

How many people do you know that say they are going to lose 15 lbs next year but they are waiting till the holidays are over to start?  Why do you think this thinking is so prevalent?

The number 1 reason why this is true is because we as humans put off the things that we do not want to do or perceive as hard.
