Client of the Week!

1) Tell us about yourself:

I am a business system analyst for Annuity Technology at Ameriprise Financial. I recently started the journey of graduate school at Augsburg University to get my MBA. In the summer, I wake-surf, paddleboard, jetski and practice yoga. In the winter, I snowboard, try out new recipes, and do puzzles. As an introvert, I enjoy spending time alone to recharge but I also love to travel and spend time with friends while drinking wine.
2) What are some of your fitness goals?

My overall fitness goal is to simply get stronger, stay active and feel my best. More specifically, I have a goal to build muscles that will support my ability to accomplish difficult yoga poses.

3) Whats your why behind your goals?

I have found that when I exercise regularly, I am more aware of what I am putting in my body. When I focus on both eating right and fitness, I have more energy, I sleep better and my confidence improves. This allows me to be more present and engaged in my work and social life.
4) Why did you choose to work with Creative Results

I met Ray a couple years ago at the Ameriprise fitness center. Ray’s workouts were the most challenging and rewarding I have ever done. After he left, going to the gym returned to a chore that I dreaded. I love working with Creative Results because it’s challenging, affordable, always improving, client-focused and has a great network of inspiring individuals.

5) Whats your favorite 1stPhorm product and why?

I use Phormula-1 most often. I am grateful to have a product that gives my body what it needs after a workout with Ray. But let’s get real, my favorite product is Remedy. I can go out with my friends on a Friday night and write a paper for grad school in the morning. 😊
