The reverse lunge!

The video shows the landmine variation, this exercise can be done with no weight at all.  You could hold 2 dumbbells, hold a dumbbell in front of  your chest, put a barbell on your back or above your head.


To execute  stand tall, keeping your chest nice and tall, take a big step backwards being careful to not bang your knee on the ground, from the bottom drive off the front foot and stand tall.


This exercise can be added to any leg workout at the beginning with heavier weights and lower reps or at the end with lighter weights and higher reps!
