Does the Instagram #peachgang let guys in?

This weeks workout is focused on the glutes, everything we do as a human on our feet starts with the glutes.

If you follow me on Instagram….if you don’t you should Raylaw9.   We introduced the first exercise on Monday the Triple Threat.


  1. Triple Threat x 15
  2. Body weight Sumo Squats x 15
  3. Body weight Reverse Lunge x15

Rest 30 seconds repeat 2-6 times depending on fitness levels.
