Today I challenge you to find something you are struggling with and do 10% better with that.
I struggle with screen time at night. My rule is no blue screen after 9pm, which usually turns into 9:15pm. So today my challenge is 8:30pm!
Exploit your own weakness today, its sometimes feels good to work on something we know we are bad at.
